The dedicated InterHealthcare Community Care team make Allied Health services available in homes and virtually Australia wide so patients can access Allied Health services.
Beyond standard consultations the Community Care team offer:
Home Visits
In partnership with leading private health insurers, we offer 'Rehab in the Home' which allows eligible patients to discharge quickly and safely from hospital to recover post operatively in the comfort of their own home, with the support of our Allied Health team.
Aged Care
We help people stay living safely and independently in their homes for longer. With support of our Allied Health team we can help optimise a patient’s quality of life.
Disability Services
As a registered NDIS provider we help people achieve their full potential and thrive. Our Allied Health team focus on the patient’s abilities, needs and goals such as independence, wellbeing and community involvement.
We are proud to announce that we have recently partnered with leading private health funds Bupa Australia and nib, to improve the health and wellness journey for Australians living with hip and knee conditions through the GLA:D® and Rehab in The Home (RiTH) services.
